Through a team of dedicated and loyal professionals Project KPH is working towards:

The Vision

Project KPH aims to provide young people living with special needs and aged typically between 7 – 17, the opportunity to realise their motor racing dreams. Project KPH aims to provide an interactive, safe and empowering environment for all people involved in the programme from recipients to sponsors.

The Purpose

The purpose is to enable inclusion.

The Objectives

To inspire personal growth for recipients of Project KPH
To create a support network for recipients of Project KPH
To deliver what is an authentic and unique way to enable inclusion with a strong personal and charitable focus
To inspire other ordinary Kiwi’s to realise their potential significance in ‘giving something back’ congruent to their unique values

By the end of the 2009/10 race season Project KPH realised two major goals

Seeing Project KPH operating internationally – with our Bathurst adventure in October 2009
Seeing 100 young people through the programme nationwide

The Values

The culture of Project KPH is reflected in these values:

FUN
We value creating an atmosphere of fun for the recipients of Project KPH by injecting humour, friendship and positive attitude into each race day.

PERSONAL GROWTH
We value personal growth for the recipients of Project KPH by way of empowerment through a positive, safe and encouraging environment.

REWARDING EXPERIENCES
We value being able to deliver rewarding experiences to the recipients of Project KPH by creating a meaningful and positive source of reflection.

INCLUSION
We value demonstrating inclusion into Motorsport events by providing an opportunity for the recipients of Project KPH to exercise their interest in the sport; to have their interest taken as seriously as any other fans.

INTEGRITY
We value authenticating integrity within our culture at Project K P H by being congruent to our stated values which are derived from the spirit in which Project KPH was born; to always remain focused on the Vision, Purpose and Goals for Project KPH.

TEAMWORK
We value between all contributors to achieve the Vision. We value creating an environment which encourages innovative ideas, openness of feelings & thoughts and authenticating inclusion.
